Process management is the biggest con - it is the lie behind modern management
The excuse for bullying and harassment by tick the box managers who are too scared to take their noses out of the brown soup that got them the job in the first place.
Process management is killing industry - people are not machines and cannot be managed in the same. All people are not equal, only people with small minds think that people everyone is like them, luckily some of us aren't!!
